The monster's rebirth
You're a little harmless monster who awakened in an ancient and long forgotten temple... You are unable to attack, or even to jump. But you can explore the temple and discover its secrets as well as his inhabitants. A mysterious quest awaits...
Created in one month for the metroidvania month 2024. The game has four zones, three bosses, 5 power-up and twelve songs.
Keyboard controls:
Arrows = move left or right, navigate in menus
Space bar : jump (once unlocked), confirm in menus
J or Z : Attack (once unlocked)
K or X : Dash (once unlocked)
M : Open/close map
Controller controls:
Left stick= move left or right, navigate in menus
B button : jump (once unlocked), confirm in menus
A button : Attack (once unlocked)
R1 : Dash (once unlocked)
Start : Open/close map

Very good game! I liked it so much; it had an appealing story and very cool music and graphics. I also loved the different enemies, the lore, the map and the different parts of the game. It's also very unique the concept of having him evolving! Love to see more games like this one soon!

Out of all the MM23 entries I played, this has been my favorite and I think I've played most of them. It is the most Metroidvania-like, the most complete in terms of story and the most fun in general. Good luck in the jam!
